What About Supports?
Our calculator is not a slicer – and that’s intentional. It keeps the quoting process fast and simple. But what about supports?
Here’s how it works in practice:

After a customer uploads a 3D model and submits a quote, our technician quickly reviews the file.

In 90% of cases, the model is ready to print – we confirm and proceed without delay.

If there are simple supports, we still accept the job. The extra material cost is minimal and offset by the time saved from automated quoting.
In rare cases with heavy or complex supports, we may slightly adjust the final price. But the customer has already agreed to a base quote, so a small change is rarely an issue.
Bottom line: you save time, reduce back-and-forth emails, and increase completed orders. Our testing proves it.
